What do you do as a lawyer?

As a lawyer, my main aim is to benefit the people in my surrounding with my potential as much as I can. I believe in disseminating the knowledge I possess for the betterment of humanity. My goal is to help the marginalized and deprived sections of the society in seeking justice and fighting the injustice. I believe that just like the doctors, lawyers serve the humanity. I try to do this by acting upon different steps. First of all I try my best to keep myself aware of the day to day changes that take place in the field of law so as to keep myself up-to-date with all the legal developments taking place around me.

I try to study all the cases that deal with my area of specialization so as to avail a chance to use the judgments as the precedents in the preparation of my case.

The second most important thing that I try to do is to look for the clients who are actually facing the injustice. I feel contentment in helping those who are not helped by anyone. For this, I try to establish a trust relation with my clients and to do that, I bring them to the best possible level of comfort. I believe that only in a comfortable environment does a client open before the lawyer.

After seeking the required information on the case, I try to have an in-depth study of it and analyze its different dimensions. My utmost effort is to present myself in the friendliest way before my clients.

As a Experienced Family Lawyer, I try to give beneficial pieces of advice to my clients which are targeted towards their welfare rather than enhancing my profit. My suggestions to the clients are primarily based upon my intentions for their welfare and wellbeing. However, I present myself as the most unbiased and impartial lawyer, still my target is to look for the truth in whatever the situation is portrayed to me by my client. This is because taking side with the truth gives me self-contentment.
